There is nothing noteworthy to report in my dating life at the time. My two suitors turned out not to be suitors. The young guy who was giving me lovetaps not only isn’t interested, but he has never dated “a thicker girl” before, and asked me if I’d ever tried to lose weight…yeah…the Black Richard Simmons is worried about my health. We only speak when we bump into each other now. It WAS a good lesson for him in honesty not being just saying whatever you feel for no apparent reason… As for the guy who damn near proposed on my wall on facebook, I saw him at a party this weekend with a lapful of booty. The way you wine and dine a date the first time you go out could have significant ramifications not only for the outcome of the evening, but also for the potential of the relationship. If you go too low, for example, by hitting up a fast food restaurant, you’ll find out pretty quickly if she’s a gold-digger. But let’s face it: what girl wants to date a guy who’s that cheap?
