Guest Writer #50: “New Relationship Gurus…UGH…”

  • February 23, 2011 at 5:38 pm

There is nothing noteworthy to report in my dating life at the time. My two suitors turned out not to be suitors. The young guy who was giving me lovetaps not only isn’t interested, but he has never dated “a thicker girl” before, and asked me if I’d ever tried to lose weight…yeah…the Black Richard Simmons is worried about my health. We only speak when we bump into each other now. It WAS a good lesson for him in honesty not being just saying whatever you feel for no apparent reason… As for the guy who damn near proposed on my wall on facebook, I saw him at a party this weekend with a lapful of booty. Yes, this chick was grinding on him for all be damned, and I was glad about it because I didn’t need any more excuses for why I wasn’t interested in the first place…AHHHHH… Continue reading ‘Guest Writer #50: “New Relationship Gurus…UGH…”’

Guest Writer #49: “5 Places to Embrace the Romantic Outdoors”

  • February 23, 2011 at 5:36 pm

The days are growing lighter; the trees are beginning to unfurl, and a small whisper of spring sings lightly in the air. We’ve nearly made it through what has been another bitter and difficult winter and can now look ahead to the months when we won’t have to stay permanently indoors twiddling our thumbs. This simple weather change opens up day-to-day possibilities enormously – especially romantic possibilities. Rather than a quiet night in, or maybe an adventurous trip to the cinema, the beginning of more promising weather means romantic strolls and picnics and balcony lunches and maybe even a little trip to the nearest breathtaking view. Guest Writer #48: “How Much to Spend on a First Date” by Leon Harris

  • February 23, 2011 at 5:23 pm

The way you wine and dine a date the first time you go out could have significant ramifications not only for the outcome of the evening, but also for the potential of the relationship. If you go too low, for example, by hitting up a fast food restaurant, you’ll find out pretty quickly if she’s a gold-digger. But let’s face it: what girl wants to date a guy who’s that cheap? Of course, by going overboard with a five-star restaurant, roses, and the whole works, you could also turn her off (that sort of showy display of wealth can make your date feel pressured to offer something in return, a situation that most women don’t like to find themselves in). On the other hand, you also need to take into account the class of woman you’re dating. These are all considerations that will determine how much you should spend on a first date. Happy Valentine’s Day from Gigi

Gigi had her first wonderful Valentine in over 6 years… Jonathan told me he loved me, and he said it first!! What did Gigi answer? I love you too, of course. He got me a beautiful bouquet of red roses and other flowers in a beautiful red vase, chocolates, two cards, a balloon, and took me out to a wonderfully romantic dinner. Toys for the Lonely #137: Infra red massager

These days Sassy’s favorite sex toys are the ultimately powerful massage toys. Talk about a strong vibration!! These toys have a multipurpose too… you can use them to massage tired and aching muscles on different parts of your body, or to relieve another kind of stress on your more intimate parts. Toys for the Lonely #136: Little Su

  • February 14, 2011 at 8:15 pm

Not all sex toys vibrate. Sassy feels that a woman should have an arsenal of all kinds of toys, for all of her needs and moods. Sometimes you may want one that vibrates and sometimes all you may need is a hard or soft toy to rub against. If this is what you like, then look no further. The Little Su that Sassy received from was able to hit the spot, or several spots, in fact!! Continue reading ‘Toys for the Lonely #136: Little Su’

Guest Writer #46: “Cock-Blocker”

  • February 7, 2011 at 8:09 pm

So, where did we last leave off? Ahhh, yes…the one I’d give up so much for asked me in a roundabout way if I was going somewhere that HE was going. He didn’t have the nerve to invite me, but he showed disappointment when I said I hadn’t planned to be there. I told him I could make it happen if he wanted. He goes, “You’re probably sick of the spot…” I told him I’d be there. Maybe I should have let him sweat…but I wanted to see him. Continue reading ‘Guest Writer #46: “Cock-Blocker”’
