Marc chose a group that I have never heard of, The Roches, so once again I used the internet to do some research, and then youtube.com to listen to the song. I dread to think what Gigi would do without the internet. Mark wrote to Gigi “I think a lot of sad love songs are romantic, especially anything by the Roches.” The funny thing? The song Gigi found mentions going to Ireland soon!! Ireland… where her Jean-Claude is whom she will go to Ireland to see at Christmas!! How prophetic is this choice? It mentions an “ocean boyfriend” which is exactly what Gigi has!!
To be honest, this group is not quite Gigi’s cup of tea, but she did love the subject of their song!!
